“I came to barefoot waterski with the great help of French pioneer Bernard Combier, who was one of the first to set up competitions in France. During my years in the Region EAME barefoot Council - and with the support of Charles Ramsey - I was dedicated to communication and I edit a first paper version of the Barefoot Databook in 1991, then available in pdf files on the former Region EAME barefoot website.”

“I have noticed that a lot of Federations were not very enthusiastic in keeping archives from their barefoot national championships and I must say I’ve tried to collect results from competitions all around the World throughout these past 20 years, as well as national titles holders.”
